How does the free video editing work for weekly & monthly rentals?
For weekly bookings, you get 1x free video editing (up to 5 minutes). For monthly bookings, you get 2x free video editing (up to 5 minutes each). Simply transfer your clips to us after your trip and our team will craft a polished, ready-to-post video for you!
I have zero experience with action or 360 cameras. Is that okay?
Yes, absolutely! Most of our customers are first-time creators. Every rental includes a free, patient 1-on-1 hands-on tutorial upon handover, so you will leave feeling 100% confident with zero worries.
What is the RM250 deposit for?
The refundable deposit helps us keep every camera in great condition. It is returned in full after an on-time return with no new damage.
How early can I reserve a camera?
You can enquire as early as you like. We recommend reserving ahead for weekends, public holidays and longer trips.
How does collection and return work?
We will confirm a convenient time and location with you. You will inspect the camera with our hands-on walkthrough and return it at the agreed time.
What happens if something is damaged?
Let us know as soon as possible. We will inspect the item together and explain any repair or replacement cost clearly.
