What is the RM250 deposit for?
The refundable deposit helps us keep every camera in great condition. It is returned in full after an on-time return with no new damage.
How early can I reserve a camera?
You can enquire as early as you like. We recommend reserving ahead for weekends, public holidays and longer trips.
How does collection and return work?
We will confirm a convenient time and location with you. You will inspect the camera at collection and return it at the agreed time.
What happens if something is damaged?
Let us know as soon as possible. We will inspect the item together and explain any repair or replacement cost clearly.
